B001207 — Cloudflare bankrolls fascists

Well, it's not really news that Cloudflare, as a Security Company In The United States™, has always been complicit with fascism in one way or another, but it's sad that people are no longer ashamed of holding extremist views and every day, poof, that cool thing you saw in the internet is being run by fucking nazis. I was already aware that both Ladybird and Hyprland are not really well-known for having nice leaders, but I was not around the Ruby scene back then, and I'm not around the Ruby scene now, and I read some stuff DHH wrote about PC hardware and thought that was nice! He's definitely rich, and maybe a weirdo but well I like weirdos. And to read that that guy with a blog is a fucking fascist is not very pleasant.

I just don't think the main takeaway here is that Cloudflare is paying fascists, but that it's just so easy to pay fascists nowadays. And yeah, avoid Cloudflare, for fuck's sake.
